  • Provide technical assistance to executive leadership and support personnel in the areas of program implementation and project execution
  • Design and implement processes to address program and project requirements
  • Aid in the identification of organizational goals and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement vendor recruitment, screening, and selection processes
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor vendor services and deliverables in accordance with timelines and goals
  • Assist grantees with grant renewal applications, budget narrative development, and fiscal monitoring
  • Manage procurement processes for materials, products, and services

Operational and Logistical Systems Development

  • Provide logistical and planning support to redesign processes and procedures to improve operational effectiveness
  • Develop and utilize data systems and templates to improve data collection, monitoring, and trend analysis processes
  • Monitor organizational data to determine progress toward goal attainment

Program Evaluation and Process Improvement

  • Conduct compliance reviews and formative and summative program evaluations using various data collection techniques
  • Compose technical reports and executive summaries to apprise agencies of implementation status and recommendations for improvement
  • Support agencies in developing and implementing plans of actions to address identified areas for improvement
